Video Studio Uploader

Video Studio Uploader is a private command-line tool operated by Gal Hadad (WPSite, Israel). It is part of Gal's own video editing workflow: after Gal edits and approves one of his screen recordings, the tool uploads the final video file, with its title, description, tags and thumbnail, to Gal's own YouTube channel.

Who can use it

Only Gal. The tool is not offered to the public, has no sign-up and no other users. It authorizes only against YouTube channels that Gal owns and manages.

What it does with YouTube API Services

• Uploads a video to the authorized channel (videos.insert), private by default.
• Sets the video's custom thumbnail (thumbnails.set).
• Optionally adds the video to one of the channel's playlists and uploads its captions.

It does not read, collect, analyze or display any other YouTube data, and it does not access any other user's data.
