Terms of Use
Video Studio Uploader ("the tool") is a private tool operated by Gal Hadad (WPSite, Israel). It is not offered to the public; its only user is its operator, on YouTube channels he owns.
YouTube Terms of Service
The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The tool's handling of data is described in its Privacy Policy, and Google's in the Google Privacy Policy.
Use
The tool may be used only to upload videos, thumbnails, captions and playlist entries to a YouTube channel that the user owns or is authorized to manage, and only in compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
Revoking access
Access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions.
